Mazandaran Cement Company, a clinker and cement manufacturer, has received the Iranian standard mark and has established, implemented and maintained international standards for an integrated management system IMS, including quality management standards (ISO9001:2015) safety and health management (ISO45001:2018) environmental management (ISO14001:2015), as well as energy management (ISO50001:2018) customer satisfaction management, complaints handling and customer satisfaction assessment (ISO 10001,10002,10003,10004:2018) product export mark to Europe CE quality management laboratory (ISO17025 :2017) and the Russian GOST standard, its directions, goals and policies under the slogan:

declares and undertakes to comply with the following points:

1-Increasing the satisfaction of customers and other stakeholders and attempting to develop the market within and outside Iran.

2- Comprehensive and continuous training to comprehensively develop human resources and improve their skills and knowledge.

3- Continuously improve the performance of energy consumption and basic resources, and use and purchase optimal materials, equipment and services in terms of energy and comply with legal requirements regarding energy use and performance.

4- Manufacture of products according to customer needs and in accordance with established standards.

 

5- Providing necessary information and resources and purchasing energy efficient products to continuously improve energy efficiency and achieve key goals.

6-Monitoring the status of main, auxiliary and management processes in accordance with all legal and other requirements.

7-Involving the participation of all employees to identify improvement opportunities, eliminate existing bottlenecks and take corrective actions.

8-Environmental protection, waste management and pollution prevention

9-Ensuring safe and healthy working conditions to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses.

15- Investigating the customer's complaint internally and in cases of irresolvable , request for consideration, through an external dispute resolvation authority.
